We had fun walking around a five block radius and being touristy.
Lucas rode on the carousel for the first time. Everyone there seemed to speak a different language -- tourist central.
I had to try the Boston Chowda though being a Mo's fan, I was skeptical. It was a little less creamy than Mo's but I really enjoyed it.
A hawk caught a pigeon and landed down to eat it right in the middle of a very busy shopping area. People started gathering around to watch it and it wasn't even afraid -- a city bird, I guess. He ate everything, only feathers were left about an hour later.
It was really cold. Lucas insisted on wearing his rain boots (with two pairs of wool socks). It was quite a fashion statement.
Lucas and Maria made some "Souvenir Pennies" -- Lame if you ask me.
Lucas liked hanging out by the harbor but I was nervous that he was going to fall in the water.
Grandma, My sister Maria, and Lucas (before we got super cold)
My mom says that when Zach comes out here with us, she will watch the kids so we can spend all day exploring the city. I'm looking forward to that day sometime in the near future. For now, I think I can claim that I have been to Boston!

Boston will be fun. We'll go in the springtime, during cherry blossom season.... Or whenever it makes sense to fly out ;)
I too really like the shot of the two of you by the harbour. That hawk pic is cool. Sorry I missed the carousel.
Miss you guys tons.
I can attest to the cold, the coldest I've been in my life was at Head of the Charles. The hawk thing was super cool! Also, nice boots! And Lucas is so cute! I can't wait to see baba
Super cute pictures! Looks like you guys had a great time. I've always wanted to visit Boston so I need to find time to get out that way.
Also, I LOVE those black boots you are wearing!
Great pictures! Love the rain boots! Mylee insists on wearing her pink rain boots all the time.
