Love for Japan

I have been thinking A LOT about the earthquake and tsunami in Japan.
As well as about those that happened in the last few years...

If you are inclined to do so, please pray for Japan
 Donate, if you are able

I came across this site that I think seems pretty comprehensive. If anything it gives a guide that people can tailor to their family's needs.

I'm definitely not waiting on this one, cause it seems fairly clear that we're (i.e. North America West Coast Region) due for one soon.

Every time there is a natural disaster like this I can think of little else too. Thoughts of scared innocent children and horrified parents being separated from their babies does things to my insides that I'm sure is giving me cancer.

I've noticed that I worry the most about things I can't control when I should be focusing that energy to things I can control. Getting involved, donating and getting prepared are great examples of what we should do instead of over dwelling on the negative, so thanks for the links girls!

Also, trying to be our healthiest best selves is something we should all be focusing more on so keep the informative posts coming :)
